Heather Landon
Heather Landon is the Director of Client Relations for Global EDD Group. Ms. Landon has invested 20 years in Information Technology, with a preferred interest in technology business management and team leadership. Her strength is linking business, legal and IT leveraging all resources including technology and organizational experts resulting in project success at the right cost. She has been directly responsible for various technology departments for over 10 years driving cost savings, successful execution with limited resources, team growth and loss, department budgets and team development.
Within the Legal Technology industry, Ms. Landon has a range of noteworthy accomplishments, including:
- Saving high value failing projects within 24 hours by working with the client to resolve issues and provide a roadmap for internal changes.
- Built a new business team that managed a multi-million dollar forensic data collection department.
- Developed a global vendor management program that recognized US $2+ million dollar in-source revenue and opportunities.
Ms. Landon received her Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
